（Return Policy）

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at tony324324@163.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos of the item. Our team will review your request and approve the return within 1-3 business days before you ship the item back.

Please do not send back any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items: Opened electronic products, items damaged by misuse.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
